Description

A hand painted collector Christmas plate of 1972 which is entitled "Caspar" which was designed by Bjorn Wiinblad who was a very talented Danish painter, designer and artist. Bjorn Wiinblad had a very unique and whimsical style that included lots of saturated color. The plate is a piece of art and is beautiful to look at with all the bright colors and gold paint contrasting magnificently with the deep blue base. Pictures don't do the plate justice. The plate has a wide rim with a plate hanger on back. Plate is in fantastic vintage condition with no cracks, chips, crazing or repairs. It has been well taken care of and shows no signs of fading or use. Plate measures 11 1/4" diameter Other plates available in my shop but not included.
