The made in Germany plate measures approximately 8 3/4" in diameter and weighs approximately 1 lb . The plate has a "Christmas in Brussels" scene on the front. It says "Weihnachten 1980" on the front in gold. There is gold trim around the image and the rim is white. The wall or collector's plate is in very good condition - no chips, cracks or crazing noted!
